Toyota is introducing a new brand style in Europe with a reworked version of its brand emblem and typography. It says the shift alerts a new era for Toyota as it transitions from a car enterprise to a mobility firm.
The new structure has been formulated for an increasingly varied purchaser base that is coming to Toyota for an expanding array of mobility goods and products and services, the new structure language operates fluently throughout all digital and actual physical touchpoints.
The organization says the new visible identification is pushed by simplification and has been formed by 4 critical concepts: ahead-wondering, cellular-prepared, more high quality experience and regularity throughout all enterprise models and sub-models.
Toyota’s new model logo distils its emblem to a very simple, two-dimensional design. The Toyota wordmark has been deleted, as the emblem alone is effectively-recognised across Europe, Toyota maintains. The layout for that reason ‘communicates simplicity, transparency and modernity’.
The new emblem will be used across all conversation touchpoints, though the current emblem will continue on to be utilized for Toyota vehicles. The latest retailer signage will also stay in area and will be reviewed in the Toyota 2025 Community Strategy.
The new visible id will come with a new, bespoke typography, Toyota Type. This, Toyota claims, is multi-purposed for the two on and off-line environments and marks a step-up in electronic readiness as the firm expands its on the internet retailing in Europe.
